I guess, with the diode you try to get rid of the negative voltage at input? This is not the best to do it this way. At least you should put a pulldown directly at input e.g. 1MOhm otherwise while negative inputvoltage the opamp is floating and will be very sensitive. Or you change the input circuit and hard cutoff the negative voltage...
