Why use relays? Just use the push button to light the LED's. Use 5V and a 100 or 200 ohm resistor, simple.

When I decrease the resistors' value relays won't work. When I decrease the relays' voltage same result. I use relays because This is a competition buzzer circut. First one's led who hits the button will light and even if the others hit the button their leds wont light. That's why The circut you tell me wont be helpful.
