LED torch with battery charger circuit

This torch is worked on the mobile battery and nokia phone charger and connector. It required 3 superflash led(1W) LED.4v &0.5ah battery used and 5v indicate the dc from the mobile charger .

You have 87 amps draw from the battery and while it's own internal resistance will limit the current drawn and temporally allow this to work, This is not a good idea ! it means you are driving the battery into a short circuit also you have not prevented leds from over discharging the lithium ion battery beyond 2.8 volts and ruining the battery.
