3-state input RS flip-flop using relays.
(Unconnected = Held, V+ = Set, gnd = Reset)
There are not only two states in a logic circuit, "0" and "1".
The correct number of states is 3 "0", "1", and "NC (Not Connected)".
A 4 state circuit is also possible, adding "-1" to "0", "1", and "NC" but I have not reached that point yet.
