PWM signal generator and signal passed through inductors

Self made pwm signal generator. Start simulation and pause, close all 4 switches and press play. What are bugs and advantages of my project ?. How it can be improved. Please commant.

I want to use this PWM generator to build power inverter (from batteries to AC output). Ticks from PWM will drive mosfet power transistors closing them or opening. Output from this transistors will be passed through transformer. On the second end of transformer resistor will be connected. Will I get sinusoudal wave on that resistor if ticks frequency will be high enought ? If not then how that wave will look like and why ?
