One mayor switch turn a light on. Another switch turns a second light on only when the first is on. The mayor switch can turn all lights of at once.
This solution I use in my bathroom. The mayor switch is for the light and the other is for the ventilation when I take a shower. After taken a shower I don't want continiously fan noise.
