Based on diodes bridge, zener diode and Darlington.
A potentiometer simulates the variable load.
Change the value of the potentiometer does not change the value of the voltage.

Only because the load has a high resistance, put a 100ohm load and the voltage will drop, which is also a quite low load.

I should want to increase simulation speed up to 1s/s, but it is locked to max 60 ms/s. Why ?

I'm not sure but I think because is very difficult to make good math at a simulation speed so low
