This system add the inputs signal to deliver an output signal who have all of the characteristic of two signals.

In this example, the second signal is later of an half period. So the output signal is null because -1 + 1 = 0

Sorry, just wrong. Never driver an OpAmp with positive feedback only if you expect a linear behaviour. Keep it coming.
