The pulse-width modulator will turn the solenoid on and off at certain points in the AC cycle to create a oscillating coil / tank circuit that will allow the tank circuit 2 grow and GROW untill it gets to 100 AMPS changing the voltage will change the amps and as long as the inductor and capacity stays at 1 MH and 1UF the AC wave will stay at the same amperage and won't decrease as it oscillates
