I have made here a solar cell using silicon(zener)diode. It works because zener diode has silicon ,and silicon is used in solar panels . diodes are jointed in series.

This do not make sense. Silicon in diodes and silicon in solar panels are differently worked and doped, only LEDs can actually convert light into electricity but they can produce only a couple microAmperes (uA), not very useful as solar panel.

Wtf: Any pn junction can develop a voltage if exposed to light, UV, or x-rays. The effect is much more noticeable with LED's obviously because where light can get out, it can generally also get in, but transistors and IC's must be designed to be opaque to any EM radiation they are likely to encounter, because even small photovoltaic effects can cause transient errors or instability.

You'd be better off using LEDs or Glass rectifiers, but really, if you need an ultra-low performance solar cell, scap an old calculator. If you want a photodetector use an actual photodiode or phototansistor.
