Do you think you can turn the LED off just by turning on and off the logic sources? If you have a conclusion, please tell me and I will check it, I will also tell the answer after 10 people try to answer it.

No you cant. To turn off the LED the top most AND gate and NAND gate must be 1 on the same time, but accroding to the behavior of them that is impossible without changing the wiring.
