Astable multivibrator using IC 555.
Both the states are unstable and it's output will change automatically without trigger.
The ON time and OFF time is pre determined and it remains same throughout.
Ton and Toff is determined by resistors and capacitor.

(If you are performing practical connect a capacitor between 1 and 5 pin of IC 555 for noise compensation.)
