Mediante la onda cuadrada se van turnando los leds.
Mientras mas alta la resistencia del potenciómetro mas se demoran en turnarse los leds.


By the square wave take turns LEDs.
The higher the resistance of the potentiometer are delayed more turns the LEDs.
