Increase voltage to 27V, check the orientation of your LED's and place a ground on the negative side of your power source...

Each circuit done in this app has to have a ground. Welcome to EC. Couple things to help you get started. 1st look at the Examples tab circuits. 2nd use the search feature to look for circuits you might like. 3rd Have fun post circuits,with questions, there some BRILLIANT folks on here.
