How i can operate the diode regarding this circuit to pass the current by changing input voltages

Change the polarity of The right power source

That or add another diode behind your diode, to the other side

A diode has a voltage drop off about 0.6V. Your voltage on the right is 10V, so the voltage on the left needs to be more than 10.6V for current to pass through the diode. However, diodes only allow current to pass in one direction. So, even if the voltage on the left is lower than the right, current will not flow.
