modular battery pack 16v 4S2P or 32v 8S1P

Basically my first design allow for switching your battery pack form 4S2P low power high capacity to 8S1P for more power less capacity. I tried to make a Voltage step down from 32v and 16v to a lower voltage but my knowledge is as of now insufficient. I replaced it with a basic 1.5v battery to activate the relay

The light is there to demonstrate the 32v and 16v with a load of you have ideas feel free to tell me
