This is more like class B amplifier because the transistor conducts for about 50% of the cycle. Class C is when the conduction is less than 50%.

The 50 ohms resistor represents the coax cable that goes to anthena.. In general those coax have 75 or 50 ohms, and should be the same impedance of the anthena.

To be more clear, take the resistor out and connect the coax on its placement.
