NAND only SR-JK-D-T flip flop.

Switch 1 (S1) : {D, T} control, {S, J} control for SR and JK.
Switch 2 (S2) : 0 -> {SR, D}, 1 -> {JK,T}.
Switch 3 (S3) : 0 -> {SR, JK}, 1 -> {D, T}.
Switch 4 (S4) : {R, K} control for SR and JK.

To get desired flip flops :

S2 S3  =>  Flip-flop

 0   0              SR
 0   1               D
 1   0              JK
 1   1               T
