An 'ideal diode' circuit as replacement for real si and schottky diodes for smaller voltages. The advantage of the low Rdson sinks as the voltages rise (mosfets rated dir higher voltages have usually higher Rdson). In high voltage applications an si diode will be better

Please note: if you connect a capacitor, P-Mosfet conducts current in the opposite direction. My first scheme lacks this flaw.
