Another Switching Regulator

Yet another switching regulator. There are many designs from which one can choose. This is better than the last one because it has a frequency reference. The last one worked somewhere in the AM radio frequency range and had spikes up to a few MHz according to the load, meaning it was not frequency stabilised. This would've made designing it pretty hard, because special high slew rate op amps would've been necessary. This one keeps the frequency centered around the reference. So it's deviating slightly above and slightly below the reference generator. The efficiency is very good with output power of 10W and drawn power of 11.5W resulting in an efficiency of 86%
