PWM control of two Cree XP-L V6 (about 2.5A / 3.25V) with TIP122 NPN Transistor and ATTiny85 as Controller (connected to a ESP8266). This Setup will use around 5A @ full load and should give around 2x 1000 Lumen..

Light is very important underwater. This solution will provide about 2x 1000 lumen in front of the Sub. The 10 kHz PWM plus capacitor should prevent interferences on the raspberry pi camera.

looks alright but your drive signal will need to be much higher to saturate the tip122, it needs about 2.5V Vbe to fully saturate the pair. if you increase your signal voltage to rail voltage it should work alright, but watch out for the big hfe drop once you get over 1A
