NPN 30 second timer.. on-delay

Was trying to figure out how to do this with a MOSFET but gave up.. Press n/o pushbutton to dump capacitor and reset the timing cycle. Would like to use a mosfet to do a 5 minute power-on delay. Maybe someone could help me out?
