Basically my first circuit if parallel LEDs. I think..

that's parallel for sure! beware when working with leds. they have an "on" voltage that varies from the ideal 2V in Everycircuit and they also hate being forced too much current.

Increase LED resistors from 330 ohms to 660 ohms.

As lenzrulz says! There's a bit too much current going through the LED.

LEDs are burned....2V LEDs are usually designed to 20mA.... those double amps will not survive long.... Double the resistance and you will be OK.... Otherwise, try to think about transistor and zener diode power soursing for LEDS, its effective for voltage degrading sources.... definitively you need to have some knowledge, but you can inspire yourself :-) http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6443642903068672
