The two Leds in this represent a 12v DC motor that will be controlled by a Arduino using a 5v signal

Search Google pics for relay interlock circuit. It will prevent forward from engaging while reverse is in operation. And while operating in forward, reverse will be disabled. However with your set up, its just wasting the small amount of current needed for the two relays. 👍
