Watchdog circuit
This circuit monitors a pulse signal and triggers a reset when the signal stops.
The pulse duty-cycle doesn't matter as long as the frequency is higher than that of the Monostable.
Capacitors need to be adjusted according to desired frequency.
The state in which the pulse signal stops doesn't matter.
