Voltage booster 1.5 V to 7 V no coils

This circuit can be used to boost the voltage from a single battery cell to 6 - 8 V depending on the load current. In a practical circuit, Ge or Schottky low forward voltage diodes must be used, or the efficiency of circuit will be too low.
