If you make this though, add in 1k resistors on both legs of the output to minimize the current. Right now this is still pushing 500ma out which is enough to kill someone. Adding in the resistors drops it to micro amps.

You can't kill someone with this because it create a inductive discharge that is inside the coil and not on your skin
