To make the circuit operate correctly you may want to research common size capacitor and inductor. But your circuit does function!

This circuit is wireless charger Sender LC parallel circuit . but , i don't know how to "calc" the pwm freq and duty value.

Some of that is dependent on the mosfet width etc. I know nothing about mosfet configuration. Sorry! Hope someone else can help.
