Now I am blind, because I saw your componet values which are very unrealistic. Try to use real values to work with any simulation tool. Dont turn all options to maximum and wait for a big bang, this is waste of time

This is just what happens when the graph zooms in on a relatively constant signal and suddenly has to draw transient events. Since the current signal is at almost exactly 1mA it autoscales it to a ridiculous zoom and any transient changes take up the whole screen. If you inject noise or graph the resistor current as well the graph draws a lot more sensibly.

That is priceless! LOL! I think what is happening isn't a drawing bug but kickback from the coil varying so much that the software don't have time to adjust. The result is that the wave goes outside the screen, the scope adjusts and it's gone. It looks like flickering though.
