Blue - Raw sine wave signal
Green - Reproduced signal after PCM codec.
Red - Difference between raw and reproduced signal.

Sample rate is controlled by the logic train. Observe how the reproduced signal looks less like the raw signal as the frequency is reduced. Observe how the difference between the reproduced and raw signals is reduced as the sample rate is increased.

It would be interesting to add a bandpass filter to the output to illustrate smoothing the signal. (And then showing how changing the raw signal's frequency doesn't pass the bandpass as well.)
