The 90 Ohm and 3.43 kOhm resistors can be replaced with wire. They do nothing. The second and third OpAmps are operated open-loop, and simply act as differentiators. However, the circuit has a large hidden flaw. The inputs are not all provided with DC bias current (nanoAmps), which is necessary for many products. This can be resolved by placing large resistances in parallel with the AC voltage divider capacitors.
