In diesem Versuch wird die charakteristische Kennlinie einer LED untersucht. Dazu sind folgende Spannungen einzustellen und die zugehörigen Stromstärken zu messen. Die Messwerte (Eingestelle Quellenspannung und zugehörige Stromstärke) müssen festgehalten werden und anschließend in einer I = f(U) - Kennlinie dargestellt werden.
