An Instrumentation Amplifier is a type of an amplifier such that is easy to balance, it has a high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR), for which it eliminates noise and it doesn't have the loading effect. Furthermore, it can be used as a substractor, an amplifier, and a noise reducer. It has a gain of G=(1+50kOhms/RG) where RG is the colored resistor.
