This is still a work in progress for a home-made synchronous motor.

close the switch to start the Op-Amp multivibrator, then close it to perform the square wave -> triangle -> sinusoidal -> 3-phase stages. Becauase the sinusoid is not perfect, the 3-phase will not be perfect sine waves. But they will be appoximately 120 out of phase. 

Square wave stage: aferr the top left Op_Amp.

Trianlge/Sinusoid stage: watch node between 68k and 5uF cap on top row.

3-Phase stage: top right Op-Amp and all of the bottom row. the bottom left is 0 phase shift, bottom middle is 120, bottom right is 240.
