Does not run in simulation. Left is mains line voltage 117 R.M.S. with coil of wire wrapped around U shaped or other magnetic material. Lamp is fuse at 5 or 10 amps or thin wire. Close switch blow fuse. If fuse or fine copper wire breaks when voltage is near peak we make our permanent magnet. If not strong enough repeat fuse blow cycle.

Instead of encouraging people to blow up their house fuses... let consider a smallet fuse for circuit uses in real world, please use either 125v or 250v, 10amp. Blow-and-reset fuses are recommended if any is available.

Small wire might be used. I am not sure if reset breaker stops current fast enough.

Put a resistor from line to ground on a ground fault circuit interrupter. Its very accurate with current but it takes time. So i will leave that math for you.
