Aircraft navigation lights are usually used to increase visibility to others, and to signal actions such as entering an active runway or starting up an engine. Historically, incandescent bulbs have been used to provide light, however recently LED’s have been used.

A lot of excellent information/input to this "drawing" was already given to you. BTW, its quite condescending what you do, delete all the good information all the users told you on this drawing. But your highness ignore it and even trash that as nothing. Dont expect someone can take you serious by this methode of knowledge transfer. Republish again and again is SPAM

Now the technical part, this circuit in context of "Aircraft navigation" is CRAP. It might not even start or with bad simspeed configuration it will go crazy. Its not proper documented as led toy flasher, nothing explained how it works and why it has problems. Only one last example, increase the Beta from 100 to 110 for the top BJT and see it does not start, cuz the 200kOhm resistor does draws to much current while the 8uF does not block this BJT. Deadlock. Resilt, crap circuit does not flash. This for a safty sensible aircraft, LOL i dont know whats going on in the head of the guy who posted this bullshit description and drawing. He has good reasons to not talk about this shit.
