The voltage source will be the solar.
Output: 5v
The phone hooks up at the lightbulb.
For an overcharge there is a red LED.
When the red LED is on (WARNING), there are to many volts.

Where does the phone hook up? At the lightbulb?

You need a over charge protection(the input turns on the output, use two inverted functions). Remember, for some goofy reason, batteries can get damaged from getting over charged.
