Below 10 kHz. It's a low pass filter.

for audio aplicantions, considering our theoretical hearing range from 20Hz to 20Khz thats right. but since its filtering lower frequencies than you have set on your filter configuration its still a high pass. depends on your aplication and considering that this is the basic RC high pass filter configuration. just change the values and get happy.
