Because diodes are in bad directions. Best is when u place them as two in series, below also two in series all of them in he same direction. DC current is generated at left and right most sides with polarity asmdiode arrows are directed and AC u place in middle between two top diodes and two bottom diodes.

And where should i put the GND?

You need to ground the negative side of the rectifier, and put a load between the positive side of the rectifier and ground (or the negative side, which should be grounded). If you just connect the positive terminal straight to ground, then you have a short.
