Explain this to me

Why the led in a circuit on the right is blown, but not on the left. They both have the same voltage which is 5 but the fact is that only the led placement are changed

The programm is working just fine. In the second configuration the upper npn transistor is not fully open, thus it is limiting the current. I can't guarantee it will do the same in real life though

Because the LED on the left isn't netween the NPN

You do not see it, but in the second circut the bottom transistor is in practice blown too :)

re-located your led and transistor on the 1st circuitry. (interchanged same as the circuit from the 2nd.)
