Just a thought: Place a SPST switch in the NO position (on the left side, on the power source side) between the 500 ohm resistor and the 100 ohm LED resistor. Then adjust the sim speed to 300ms/s and adjust both 500 ohm resistors to 1K. Next adjust your 100 ohm LED resistors to 200 ohms. Finally adjust your 10uF capacitors to 500uF. Once the SPST switch is closed, the LED's will begin to flash.
