I measured different parts of the circuit so that I could test it,also I wonder why I said that part first anywho let’s just get to the circuit, I don’t know if this will work and if it does work,what it will do, in other words just experimenting

The voltage input from the square wave voltage source is not high enough to trigger the flip flop
