6MHz for OpAmp's is quite a challenge, so why not use a passive filter LCR?

Not for an OPA4134. Take a look at the datasheet. Passives will not perform a differential-to-singleEnded conversion needed. Today we have OpAmp's capable of Ghz... Thanks for the comment

Have you said anything about OPA4134 in your description, no you havn't, why? Anyway, I may lookup what this is and come back.

Ok, I checked that, and you think you can apply a 6MHz signal to this OpAmp? You are more than optimistic. Any comment?
