Auto cut-off charging

The voltage source in top left of the circuit is the 12.6 volt for circuit and charging ,although the voltage source in  bottom left of the circuit is the battery 

When the volt of the battery increased up to 12.6 volt , the relay turn off and the charging was cut-off 

When the volt of the battery decreased down to 12.5 , the relay turn on and the charging was started
