Look at the time base, at your present settings it is 1000 th of a second, when the time is increased to real time, a 1 second rate there is no slow down, the only way around it is to apply the power through a transistor with the capacitor on its base. Thanks. I'm trying to build a circuit like a Carr dome light. Four lights. One in each door and two as dome lights. Can't figure out how to turn the dome lights on when either door is open.

Remember most car dome lights operate by the door switch shorting to ground.

yes, i will be using to normally closed magnetic sensors that, when opened will open the circuit and turn the light door light and the dome lights on.....the trick is figure out how, when the other door is open it knows the domes are already on. once the doors are closed there would be a dimmer to turn the dome lights on. this is for a RV-10 airplane internal lighting solution.
