This is a simple fix. Forget the above comments. You simply shunted power from your capacitors. To fix the problem plz connect with me at 615-260-4160.

I really need a talented team. Increase your rc resistors both to 100k ohms. When you do this, the electrons arent all sucked up by the power source;they now have a second less resistant path to the capacitors. I can say it better in person. Plz call me or text at 615-260-4160. I need to put together a talented team of electronic engineers.
