Adjust the source frequency and observe that the output amplitude drops as the frequency increases. The potentiometer adjusts the DC offset of the output.  This is necessary when interfacing to an Analog to Digital Converter which wants the signal minimum to be zero.

This is actually very well done and a perfect demo. I tried to do something similar before I saw this one, but failed!
