While The NO Button is pushed the primary relay is excited. The secondary relay is then excited to maintain The current in the primary coil. At the same time a RC circuit is used to saturate the transistor allowing the current ti Flow on the lamp. By pushing The Button near the transistor base the capacitance discharge and the lamps Will temporarily turn off. Pushing The NC contact the primary coil is unexcited and the circuit turns off definitely.

This circuit layout needs a lot of work to be presentable. It is also incorrect.
