TSOP1738 IR motion sensor (most sensitive to 38 kHz. Range) to detect hand movement to turn on water or blow dryer for hands. Left two diodes with connection to 555 pin #2 is to represent IR sensor. Left push button is turn on simulation and notice output of 555 goes low.
