Its a comparator consisting of two 4-digit digital inputs, A(upper) and B(lower), such that A = A3A2A1A0, B = B3B2B1B0 (from up tp down). Three conditions for which respective LEDs glow :
1) A>B (blue),
2) A=B (green),
3) A<B (red).
